Do you transport out side of wise county?
Yes, base on availability we do transport clients to and or from Denton, and the DFW Metroplex area.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes, Halo Cares is open 7 days a week. Sunday transport must be scheduled by end of day Thursday.
I struggle with walking, am I able to be transported while in my wheelchair?
Yes, our vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
I’m in a motorized wheelchair, will it be able to fit in your vehicle?
Yes, you will be able to comfortably fit in our vehicle.
Will you be able to sit with me at my appointment?
Yes, based on availability.
Does Halo Cares transport children?
YES. OUR DRIVERS ARE LICENSED AND CERTIFIED FOR (BLS) CPR/FIRST AIDE/AED FOR INFANTS TO SENIORS.
